I’ve been getting lots of requests for extra copies (in PDF format) of the blood pressure record chart that comes with the Pressure Perfect kit. Just click on the button below to see the chart in full size. The chart should open automatically in your Adobe Reader software and you may then print as many copies as you like.
It’s really important to keep track of your blood pressure, especially if your want to open a dialogue with your doctor about reducing the need for any medication. I chart my blood pressure on a regular basis and give a copy of the chart to my doctor at each yearly physical. This way, he knows I’m keeping up with my efforts to keep my blood pressure under control and he doesn’t feel the need to put me on any medication that I don’t need or want.
